Burnout effects as us, but it is especially prevalent after college. You are exposed to all these new experiences and life changes all at once: new job, new apartment, not enough free time. It’s easy to begin feeling exhausted and burnt out.
Jess and Laura define burnout and explain how it differs from regular old exhaustion. What causes burnout, and how can you avoid it? They also go through the physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms of it.
The adulting moments this week include two tips about the gym: a recommendation to attend Friday evening gym classes, and to calculate how much your membership is actually costing you.
