One of the most challenging aspects of post-grad is losing that built-in structure of class, work, internships, studying, and breaks. In post-grad, it’s a lot more difficult to know how to use our free time.

Jess and Laura talk about the ways in which they’ve created structure after college – i.e. morning and night routines, having set weekend plans, prioritizing the most important, live-giving things, and more.
