She uses food, movement, and self-care to help others become the best versions of themselves.

What is holistic health?

Holistic health is a version of health and wellness that focuses on you as a whole person. Rather than separating your physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health into categories and treating them in different ways, holistic health encourages the inclusion of all aspects of your health in a plan to improve your overall well-being.

For example, if a patient wanted to lose weight, a holistic health coach might consider factors like their stress levels or mental health issues when devising a plan. It’s all about making you well and whole as an entire human being. Plus, it makes health and wellness more accessible for everyone.

Holistic Health in Your Twenties

On the podcast, we talk about how being a recent college graduate can impact your health and wellness. A lot of us have a bad relationship with alcohol in college that takes time to correct post-grad. Ashley talks with us about her relationship with food and alcohol. She gives us insight into how she slowly and sustainably created healthier habits after college.
